This project works to document the freshwater fish biodiversity of Southeast and East Asia, with the ultimate aim of protecting the freshwater ecosystems of the region. The project is being conducted with the collaboration of institutions in Cambodia, China, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan.
